The KEYSTONE armchair is an eye-catching piece of furniture that combines sculptural strength with comfortable functionality. The design is inspired by the classic Roman arch, where the three main components – backrest, seat and midsection – work together as an architectural whole. The chair was designed in collaboration with the design studio OS & OOS and builds on an original 450 kilo art installation in concrete, rubber and ceramic. In this version, KEYSTONE is transformed into a functional armchair, upholstered in exclusive textiles from Kvadrat and designed to offer high comfort and visual weight. The geometric shapes and playful expression make the chair suitable for both private homes and public spaces, where it adds character, color and a strong design statement. With its robust construction and child-friendly shape, KEYSTONE invites both relaxation and interaction.
