If the surface of the wood dries out, you may be able to restore its original shine by applying rapeseed oil to the product. Wipe off excess oil with a soft cotton cloth. The grain of the wood may rise. Use fine sandpaper to smooth the surface as needed and finish with an additional coat of oil. Clean the leather with a hard wrung cloth, making sure not to leave any water on the leather. You can impregnate the leather with nubuck leather/textile impregnation spray. We suggest that you first apply the impregnation to a smaller and less visible area of the aniline leather to ensure that the product is safe to use and does not discolour the surface of the leather.
