Concept: Ditzel
The extraordinary Ditzel armchair, was Nanna Ditzel's reinterpretation of the traditional armchair. Inspired by Nature, she designed in collaboration with her husband, Jørgen Ditzel. The soft round shapes of the armchair, and playful expression, invite one to sit down in it, and be embraced by the comfortable design.
The armchair is perfect for the long evenings at the coffee table, or in the reading corner with a good book. The elegant chair has a wide back which in a soft movement unfolds in armrests, which gives this chair a high seating comfort. The wide design also helps to give the chair a more open feeling, so that it does not feel like a heavy armchair in the home.
