Secto is a Finish company that was founded in 1995, when Seppo Koho and Tuulo Jusélius put their heads together and shared their common interest and respect for Scandinavian wood, clear design, and professional craftsmanship and wood trade.

Secto started off designing furniture, but due to high demand they started developing and creating lamps of Finish wood.

All their wood is PEFC certified flawless Finish walnut wood, and birch plywood. All of Secto’s lamps are handmade in Finland, which makes the lamps unique, luxurious, and authentic.

Secto delivers innovative designs with their unique craftsmanship.

Secto lamps have already accomplished honourable mention around the world for their natural materials and incredible craftsmanship with real Scandinavian feeling.

The clean and stunning Scandinavian design created by architect, Seppo Koho, has won several impressive design awards.

Seppo Koho’s idea behind the expressive lamps originated from the concept of bringing people together through soft and interesting lighting.

He has architecturally developed the shape of the lamps so the light won’t glare, but instead create this warm and inviting light.

More brands have started to produce lamps made in wood, among them Danish Tom Rossau , who makes lamps in birch wood in beautiful and soft shapes.
