Stemlite is an iconic lamp series characterized by organic shapes and a soft, diffused light, which together create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The series has roots in the experimental design era of the 1960s and was created by Bill Curry with the desire to rethink the lamp as a unified and harmonious whole. Inspired by nature's way of letting flower stems carry their heads, Stemlite appears with a light and almost growing expression .
A solid die-cast aluminum base is combined with sleek steel shapes and finished with a hand-blown, frosted glass dome that diffuses the light gently into the room. With intuitive dimming and the ability to combine floor, table and wall lamps , the Stemlite series provides coherent lighting that fits naturally into both modern and classic interiors.
