Design: Nendo for Flos
Concept:
The Gaku Wireless is a simple and stylish table lamp with a frame made of solid ash. The lamp shade is made of opalised, photoetched and injection moulded polycarbonate. On the bottom of the shade is a dommer that allows you to change between four light strengths. The lamp is wireless and charged using an induction charger that is integrated in the wooden frame. The frame has a USB cable of 140 cm that is connected to an outlet to charge the lamp. The induction charger on the frame can also be used to charge other units, e.g. a phone with induction charging. The lamp itself has a battery time of six hours. A modern, pretty and useful choice for the office, teenage room or living room.
