World-known Prime Minister of the United Kingdoms, Winston Churchill personally selected Bestlite BL1 as the table lamp to stand on his desk. Churchill even took the lamp with him on his countless trips around the world. This was the big breakthrough for Bestlite, which has also made it a design classic today. Bestlite is permanently exhibited at both the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Design Museum in London.

The Bestlite 90th Anniversary Edition was created to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the introduction of designer Robert Dudley Bests famous lamp design, Bestlite. Each variant, BL1, 3, 5, & 7 will be produced in a limited quantity of 300 pcs. in a nickel finish. The lamps also come with a certificate that tells which product number each specific lamp has.
