Katachi means shape in Japanese and explores the balance between light, shadow and form. Each vase is mouth-blown glass with an uneven surface that refracts the light and creates soft shadows and reflections. The shape is both organic and precise and invites curiosity from all angles. The vase is available in Clear and Smoked Forest, each with its own expression, light and transparent or deep and evocative. The series is available in three sizes, which can stand alone or be assembled into a calm and sculptural whole. Filled with branches or standing empty, Katachi gives a poetic presence in the room. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl.
