Slamp

Since its inception in 1994, the Italian lighting company Slamp has been crafting unique and distinguished lighting creations for both interior designers and private individuals, albeit not widely known in the Nordics. The company has significantly contributed to various prestigious platforms, including supplying lamps for the Olympic Games. Slamp made a notable mark in the design world when its Veli series, designed by Adriano Rachele, won the Red Dot Design Award in 2010. This series stands out for its handmade lamps made from Slamp’s patented material, Opalflex, blending glass crystals and plastic to offer a unique combination of expression and flexibility. Apart from the Veli series, Slamp is recognized for its innovative materials such as Lentiflex, Goldflex, and Cristalflex, with four patents to its name aiming to enhance the precision and allure of its craft. Handmade in Italy by skilled artisans, Slamp’s sustainable production process combines proprietary materials with a keen eye for design and innovation, ensuring each lamp is not only a unique piece of haute couture but also symbolizes Italian craftsmanship and modern design ethos.
