AndLight offers free shipping in all of Europe! No matter how much (or little) you shop for, or how big or heavy the package is - even if your order is delivered by instalments.
› DELIVERY
At AndLight.com the estimated delivery time will always be shown next to the specific product, for you to better judge if it will match your time frame. When a lamp is in stock you can expect to receive it 2-4 days after you place your order.
An estimated delivery time will still be shown next to items not in stock, though it should be noted that these delivery times vary a lot from one manufacturer to the next and that they are estimates. Please keep this in mind when looking at the different items not in stock.
Shortly after you make your order, you will receive an order conformation with information about the estimated delivery time. When you order leaves our warehouse you will get an e-mail with Track and Trace information.
› RETURNS
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving the product
An unwanted item must be returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal thus lapses if you use the goods in a way that clearly reduces the value of said product significantly
The packaging, too, needs to be undamaged condition as it contains important information about the products, which is necessary when re-selling. We therefore emphasize that original and undamaged packaging is of great importance when evaluating if there has been a decrease in value of the product.
The only cost to you is the return-costs as we do not offer free returns unless the item is faulty.
Please note! To receive a full refund, you are allowed to try the product, but applying and installing the lamp is regarded as actual use.
