If you change your mind
An unwanted item must be returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal thus lapses if you use the goods in a way that clearly reduces the value of said product significantly
The packaging, too, needs to be undamaged condition as it contains important information about the products, which is necessary when re-selling. We therefore emphasize that original and undamaged packaging is of great importance when evaluating if there has been a decrease in value of the product.
We will refund the full amount
The only cost to you is the return-costs as we do not offer free returns unless the item is faulty.
Please note! To receive a full refund, you are allowed to try the product, but applying and installing the lamp is regarded as actual use.
