GUBI is a Danish design company that has become increasingly popular within the last years. They seek to create timeless lamp designs with inspiration from old classics. Over the time, they have relaunch a number of iconic lamps and given them new life. #1: GUBI, Gravity Table Lamp

In March, 2020, Louise styled her Swedish home with the Gubi Gravity Table Lamp. She found inspiration in the marble textures of the lamp and its unique shade that's made from white fabric.

As Louise explained, she liked the subtle tones from the lamp and its lighting. Her Nordic inspired livingroom was the perfect place for the table lamp but it could be used in all rooms in the home. The lamp is perfect as a decorative addition to every room in your home. It can be found in a lot of different colous - all warm and natural in their look.

TIP : Match the tones of the lamp with natural/organic colors, like Louise has done it, or add it to a colorful room to add something more natural and warm. You can also use it as a bedside lamp or for the home office desk.

#2: GUBI, Semi Pendant

Willow is a great stylist and one that appreciates classic and iconic lamps. Her style matches the Copenhagen and Nordic-based identity of AndLight and, thus, one we see and value being styled with designer lamps. Therefore, we had a chat with her about what she likes about the Semi Pendant from GUBI.

Here's what she had to say about styling the lamp:

"The arch shape of the Gubi pendant lamp, is unique and elegant. Its appealing structure, giving off a subdued light, makes it versatile over my dining table or any other work space.

I tend to style with a Nordic sense: minimal, timeless and sustainable. I prefer items that are both meaningful and versatile. And the Gubi pendant checks all those boxes.

In this time, I’m appreciative that I have a home that is both soothing and comfortable. It makes it all the more easier to spend our time here."

#3: GUBI, Tynell Table Lamp



What table lamp can match a home with warm tones? We asked Katharina, from Germany, to style the Tynell Table Lamp from GUBI with her home. She was looking for something to make her home office spot a bit more special and this lamp was just perfect for it.

The lamp is designed by the Finnish designer Paavo Tynell and originates from 1938. It is inspired by nature in its color and the shape of the lamp's shade.
