The Layout chair is designed by Julien Renualt for HAY and combines comfort and function in a light and contemporary expression. The characteristic opening in the backrest provides both increased seating comfort and a visually light design that works naturally around the dining table. The chair has integrated armrests and a swivel function that makes it easy to use in everyday life and provides greater freedom of movement. The swivel aluminum base supports a flexible seating experience and makes the chair suitable for both private homes, restaurants and work-related environments.
The Layout series is designed with a focus on longevity, with all parts being detachable and replaceable as needed. The shell is made from a minimum of 96% recycled plastic and can be combined with different seating solutions, making the chair both versatile and durable in use.
