Design: Space Copenhagen for GUBI, 2021

Concept: The Howard chandelier is the result of a collaboration between Danish GUBI and Space Copenhagen, who have designed a tribute to the material palette of the New Yorker style. The dark metals and the industrial aesthetics that iconically characterize the city of millions are here interpreted in the Scandinavian spirit. With its 'octopus arms', the chandelier has a modern and sophisticated strong expression in the room and comes into its own element by hanging over the dining table, so that it can have space and air to fill the room. The chandelier's warmth, strength and subtlety will adorn both the minimalist and the industrially decorated home and act as a stylish eye-catcher.

The Howard chandelier is available in several sizes and with 4 or 6 'octopus arms' and the shades are available in a dark and industrial gunmetal finish and a more subdued and gentle bone china porcelain that lets the light escape through the shade and fill the room.
