Concept:
The Model 2129 from Astep is one of the most remarkable and interesting designs from Gino Sarfatti. The lamp is mounted on the ceiling and the cord runs thorugh a large arch of plexiglass. The mounting on the ceiling can be rotated through 360 degrees. The dark shade provides a neat and intimate light. Opposite is a small counterweight that balances the shade perfectly. This classic from 1969 has been re-created by Astep in collaboratio with Flos to celebrate Gino Sarfatti's brilliant creations. Since then, the bulb has been exchanged with an LED and the light is controlled with a foot switch. Use the lamp above the dinner table or in a room where you can take advantage of its 360 degrees rotation.
