Katachi means shape in Japanese and focuses on the interplay between surface, light and shadows. The uneven surface creates small shadows that highlight the organic silhouette. The vases have a high-gloss glaze that reflects the surroundings and enhances the play of light and texture. The glossy finish contrasts with the raw shapes and gives each vase a refined and sculptural expression. The series is available in three sizes, which can be used together or separately, and are suitable for both flowers and as independent objects. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl.
